- International orders are shipped via best method, at our discretion.
- All international orders documentation are shipped at full value.

Shipping Methods & Policies
Our policies are designed to protect you (the customer) and us (the seller) from fraud. No exceptions!
- Orders received prior to 12:00pm EST are typically shipped the same day (Tuesday - Friday).
- Orders received after 12:00pm EST are typically shipped the next business day (Tuesday - Friday).
- Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Monday are typically shipped on the following Tuesday.
- Domestic orders (U.S.A only) are shipped via UPS Ground or U.S. Mail, at our discretion.
- Alternative shipping methods are available upon checkout.
- All orders are insured for full value.
- All orders of guitars, amps & speaker cabinets are shipped adult signature required.
- All orders are shipped to the billing address of credit card or PayPal verified address.
(Shipping & Billing address must match).
What qualifies for free shipping?
- Shipping address must be within the continental United States (lower 48 U.S. states)
- Only for orders of NEW Guitars
What does "In Store Pickup" mean?
It means that you will pickup your purchase at our showroom location in Bedford, NH 03110.
- We will NOT ship it.
- Arrangements must be made to pickup your order within 30 days of purchase, unless previously agreed.
(Items not claimed within 30 days will be returned to stock, and store credit issued).
